We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
The following items are non-returnable: opened personal care products, items marked final sale.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@buybetter.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Just email us a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
